At Vittoria, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original box and include the printed packing slip to ensure fast processing at our warehouse.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
